Companion Caregivers will provide assigned tasks to clients in their homes as outlined by the client’s individual Plan of Care. This may include, but are not limited to:
- Accompanies client to medical appointments when approved by the Nursing Supervisor
- Remind for self-administered medications
- General house cleaning duties
- Laundry washing and folding
- Errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Social support and companionship
- Meal preparation
